Progress Achieved
July was a month of substantial advancement. The team successfully poured the walls and floors of the second floor, a major milestone that reinforced the structure and elevated the development to a new stage of completion. This work has given the building a stronger presence on site and established the foundation for the next major achievement.
Preparations also began for the roof pour. This stage is considered monumental not only because of its technical complexity but also because it will crown the structure and define the building’s final form. Planning and groundwork are in motion to ensure this milestone is completed with precision and long-term durability.
Upcoming Works
The next phase of the project will focus on activities that enhance both the performance and the appearance of the building. Key priorities include:

The system will provide sustainable and efficient wastewater management, strengthening the project’s commitment to environmental responsibility. - Completion of Electrical and Plumbing
Work will continue on essential services, laying the groundwork for full functionality and preparing the building for future fit-out and use.
